The Blue Beetle; a hero cut down in his prime. He shall be remembered.

My tribute video to the late, great Blue Beetle, Ted Kord. Featuring music by Megadeth & just a little snippet of Overkill. I think the little snippet really encapsulates what Ted was really saying to Max just before his demise.

On a side-note I am not fond of the modern comics propensity for killing off their SuperHero characters, I prefer my comics heroes to live on to fight the good fight another day. The death of the Blue Beetle really riled me as his comic run back in 86 - 88 was the 1st series that I collected & read from the beginning to the end.

In Brightest Day, In Blackest Night!

Taken from behind the DJ desk at The Intrepid Fox where I spin tunes for the regular monthly Torture Chamber night. If you have good eyes you'll notice the West Ham FC 'Hammers' necklace I am wearing too. If only there was a beer in this picture too it would encapsulate my life in one pretty picture. Comics, Metal, WHUFC & beer all in one pic, what a great sight that would be!
